Beautiful 19th Century Turkish ottoman hanging panel. Circa 1870-1880
It is embroidered with couched gilt thread and appliqué with brocade flowers, with a mosque being the central focus. The silk background has frayed in numerous places however the backing fabric is intact and good condition, whilst stable this does make this intricate piece a little fragile.
