Yram Allets (Mary Stella) Edwards (1915-2009) was originally a teacher in London before moving to the West Country and finally St Ives where she rented an old artist’s studio, which was a large open space, near the harbour, which she shared with her husband John Edwards.

Stella died in 2009, in her 90’s.
