Thomas Schindler was born in Brunswick, Germany in 1959. In 1978 he studied painting at the HBK Braunschweig under Prof. Hermann Albert and Prof. Peter Voigt. He later became a master’s student under Albert and Voigt in 1983.
He currently lives and works in Berlin (Falkensee).
Schindler has had his artwork exhibited internationally, with the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York holding one of his pieces in their collection.
